1/4 cup rice vinegar*1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes1 small garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions1/2 teaspoon sesame oil1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1. Mix everything together. Enjoy!
* Please note that rice vinegar and seasoned rice vinegar are two different things. Rice vinegar should not have any added sugar. My favorite brand is Kame
