½C mayonnaise¼C sour cream1T milk2T white wine vinegar*½t Worcestershire Sauce½t sugar½t kosher salt¼t freshly ground black pepper⅛t garlic powder½C (2 oz.) crumbled blue cheese - plus extra for topping
1. Put everything except the extra blue cheese in a Nutribullet or other type of blender and process until smooth.
2. Dress salad to taste, and crumble extra blue cheese on top
* I prefer B.R. Cohn Chardonnay Vinegar (their Champagne Vinegar is nice too, just more subtle).
