1/2 C mayonnaise1/4 C sour cream1 T milk2 T white wine vinegar*1/4 t Worcestershire Sauce (1/2 t is better: updated 3/18/21)1/2 t sugar1/2 t kosher salt1/4 t freshly ground black pepper1/8 t garlic powder1/2 C (2 oz.) crumbled blue cheese - plus extra for topping
1. Put everything except the extra blue cheese in a Nutribullet or other type of blender and process until smooth.
2. Dress salad to taste, and crumble extra blue cheese on top
* I prefer B.R. Cohn Chardonnay Vinegar (their Champagne Vinegar is nice too, just more subtle).
